Sister circles are the heartbeat of The Well. In these circles, each voice matters, each story is honored, and each woman is witnessed without judgment. Breaking the pattern of ‘doing it alone’, these circles remind us that leaning in, receiving, and being witnessed isn’t a risk — it’s a bridge.

Each morning is an invitation to begin with a short period of noble silence, with options to extend it for each person. When we step away from constant conversation, we create space for the quieter truths within us to rise to the surface. Silence becomes a companion — steady, grounding, and clarifying. It helps participants integrate what they’re experiencing rather than rushing past it. It reduces social pressure, allowing everyone to simply be without performing or pleasing.

Nature is one of the most powerful co-facilitators of any retreat. When we step outside, our nervous systems recalibrate almost instantly. The land itself becomes a teacher — steady, ancient, and generous. You’ll be surrounded by 342 acres of scenic land with hiking trails, and a beautiful, 37-acre private spring fed lake with options to kayak and paddleboard.
