About Me
Jackie Sprague, L.M.T, Certified Breathwork Facilitator
Thank you for letting your curiosity bring you here, into my story and the work I offer. My journey into the healing arts began to take shape in 2009, though I now know those roots reach all the way back to the womb. As with many transformations, mine began with a pain point.
While I loved teaching dance, I found myself moving through a series of different short‑term jobs that left me unfulfilled. My health began to decline, and I instinctively turned toward more holistic ways of caring for myself. With a young family and a longing for deeper meaning, I followed an inner nudge to The Healing Arts Center. That step led me to become a Massage Therapist — the moment the dormant seeds within me finally began to break open.
As I kept following what lit me up, more seeds began to break open. I eventually became a Reiki Master, a Health Coach, and a Culinary Nutrition Expert each path offering its own medicine.
I also returned to a seed planted back in 2009 by immersing myself in Transformational Breathwork (TB) training. Through my own experience with this work, I remembered the profound physical, spiritual, and emotional shifts that emerge when we reclaim our breath. Transformational Breathwork is far more than “taking deep breaths.” It is a somatic journey that supports the nervous system, softens long‑held protective layers, and guides people back into the full capacity of their own breath.
This modality has the power to dissolve tension stored for years, shift limiting patterns, and open the door to profound states of presence and insight. It is one of the most direct ways I’ve found to help people return to themselves; powerful yet rooted in full autonomy. In these Breathwork classes, you are invited to observe the sensations that arise as you use the circular, connected breath to gently move beyond previous limitations on your own terms.
What lives at the center of it all is my devotion to understanding the human experience. I am endlessly fascinated by what moves us, what opens us, what helps us to remember. This curiosity shapes the way I hold space: gently, intuitively, with reverence for the stories held in the body.
One path that never left me began to take shape in a new way; dance. Through Qoya Inspired Movement classes, I began to understand embodiment on a deeper level. Qoya is a soul-led movement practice that reminds us that we mirror nature at our core; wise, wild, and free. This invited me into something entirely different: to listen deeply, to move in ways that felt good to me, to honor sensation over performance. In my Qoya classes, I invite others to deepen the connection to their own bodies’ through the wisdom of yoga, the expressive freedom of dance, and the intuitive nourishment of moving freely.
These threads; compassion, movement, touch, energy, nourishment, and breath have woven together to shape the work I now offer, rooted in the belief that healing is both sacred and deeply personal.
